Shipping policy

Every portrait is printed, signed, and packed by hand in the studio, then shipped with protective packaging to arrive in perfect condition. Smaller prints ship flat in rigid mailers; larger prints ship rolled in sturdy tubes.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping within the United States is a flat $8, and free on orders over $100. We currently ship within the US only.

If anything arrives damaged, email us within 7 days at hello@facesbyjb.com with a photo and we'll make it right.
